  • Choose a sturdy box that stands taller than your flowers so they will not be compressed.

Soak 2 paper towels in water squeezing out the excess, wrap them around the stems, and secure with aluminum foil (insulator) to retain moisture. (We do NOT want them to be dripping wet!)

Create a loose paper funnel around the bouquet to protect it. You can also use wax or parchment paper. (Do not use ANY kind of plastic to include, bags or bubble wrap, these create mold.)

Create a ‘holder’ for the flowers by either stuffing kraft paper around the outside or using a smaller box and scoring an “X” on the top for the flowers. Tape the smaller box inside to the bottom of the larger box.

Gently place the wrapped bouquet in the box and fill any gaps with recycled paper to keep it stable—avoid placing filler directly on the flowers. Add a note if you’d like, and mark the box as “FRAGILE.”

Place a layer of kraft paper gently across the top of the flowers before taping the boxed closed.

Ship overnight or 2-day via your preferred carrier. Expedited shipping helps preserve your bouquet. Ship to:

Whitebox Handmade Art 420 Mountainhaus Ln Sugar Run, PA 18846

Google and YouTube also provide excellent visual alternatives to sending flowers.

Here’s a link to my favorite instruction

  • Great question! A bouquet typically goes a long way, and usage depends on the flowers' condition upon arrival. Any leftovers are usually kept unless you request them back, in which case they’ll be dried and returned in a sealed bag.

  • I primarily use silica gel to dry flowers, carefully placing them in drying gel for up to three weeks, though some may take longer. I check them after two weeks and adjust methods as needed for the best results.

Dried flowers won’t look exactly the same—most shrink and change color but remain beautiful and recognizable. I take great care to preserve their beauty for a lasting keepsake.

For a visual reference, you can search Google or YouTube for examples of dried flowers.

  • Flower correction isn't part of my services yet, but I'm learning! Once I'm confident, I'll offer it as an add-on for a small fee.

  • Epoxy Table Services are currently available only within NEPA, but all other custom services are open to customers across the U.S.

  • As a DIY enthusiast and growing creative, I provide a platform for you to easily order your preferred table legs, whether from my sources or on your own after receiving your product. I typically browse Amazon or support local small businesses, but the final choice is yours!

  • This is an ever growing list because I like to dabble and experiment. It’s safe to say I work with anything I can get my hands on as a DIY enthusiast and creative.

Presently, I have in my toolbox a plethora of power tools for woodwork, a 5W laser engraving, a cricut machine, multiple design programs, and all the basic artist supplies. I’m constantly honing my skills with these tools, upgrading my tools and expanding my resources.

Currently, I have 7+ years experience with these tools and resources.

  • To care for your epoxy table or custom piece, follow these guidelines:

    1. Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or microfiber towel with a gentle cleaner or mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or ammonia-based cleaners, as they can damage the surface.

    2. Avoid Heat: Do not place hot items directly on the surface to prevent potential damage to the epoxy. Use coasters or trivets for hot pots, pans, or dishes.

    3. Prevent Scratches: Avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across the surface. Always lift items instead of sliding them to preserve the finish.

    4. UV Protection: Keep your piece out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent fading or discoloration of the epoxy.

    5. Spills: Clean up spills immediately to avoid stains or long-term damage, especially with liquids like wine or coffee.

By following these simple care instructions, your epoxy piece will maintain its beauty and durability for years to come. If you have any questions or need further guidance, feel free to reach out!

  • As a one-person, handmade business, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail, but due to the nature of custom work and the materials used, some imperfections may occur. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece special. I strive to ensure that the final product meets your expectations, and if there are any concerns, I'm happy to discuss options for addressing them.

Remember: Nobody is a tougher critic than an artist on their own work!

  • I don’t set a size limit, as I’m always growing. Each request is evaluated individually, and I’ll let you know if it’s beyond my current capabilities.

  • The assembly process depends on our initial discussion and your preference. We can decide if I’ll handle it or if you’ll do it, and size may affect delivery options, as some pieces require disassembly. If I’m delivering in person, I’m happy to offer assembly as part of a white-glove service at no additional fee.

  • The ability to cancel your order depends on where we are in the process. If you're considering cancellation, please reach out as soon as possible.
