How It All Started…
My journey into resin art all began the year ‘Santa’ brought my kids a resin beginner kit. Of course, parental help was needed so I jumped in because I’m all things artsy and curious. Needless to say, the kids felt it was too messy and complex and I supposed they wanted more immediate results of their work….but I was hooked.
This journey starts in a 32’ camper where we lived at the time intending to travel. The traveling was hindered by life factors but we enjoyed the togetherness and simplicity of the living style while we sat still, so we stuck it out. Since there was limited space I had to get…well...crafty…I also did my research into resin art and discovered the toxic threats and necessity for PPE. Santa also brought a small tent for Christmas. So, I managed to set up shop in a small two person tent on the property where I practiced my new found passion. Yes a tent, and yes it was very interesting. You can ask to see the photos later!!!
As time went on my passion for resin art GREW, literally out of control for our living space.
Still enjoying the simplicity of our living style we upgraded to a fifth wheel which was more like a tiny home and thankfully were able to move onto family property with a very large, hardly used shed less than 10 feet from our parked location. *Cue the Singing Angels* With some shifting in the shed I was able to create a safe and clean space to work and grow with epoxy. Since then, I have been doing just that, working, researching and growing.
And to you, I say this…
My passion lies in preserving the beauty of life through epoxy art. Whether it's stunning flower preservations, elegant epoxy tables, or personalized gifts, each piece is crafted with so much love and care.
